-This course plays out many helpful tools for the emerging leader. The four-week sequence is very helpful. 1) Guard your heart -- spiritual life is key. 2) Figure out who you are -- find your sweet spot. 3) Clarify your priorities -- identify your big rocks. 4) Work your plan – develop a rhythm for life. Most of the information presented was not new to me but it was a helpful review. The biggest help was in putting the pieces together in an intentional way to merge priorities with goals which lead to regular concrete action steps. This course will help the leader organize his life and increase productivity on all fronts. This material will also form the base for the leader helping his team members stay on point. \\ \\ \\  David Wood – March 2011+
