We recommend that you go through this process once every quarter (every 3 months).

For Team Members

Review

  • Your personal mission statement - Are you living in alignment with what you say is most important to you?
  • Your job description - How well are you doing what you have been assigned to do?
  • Your goals (annual ministry plan) for the year - What progress have you made?
  • Your individual growth plan (IGP) for the year - How are you doing in following your plan for learning?

Reflect

  • What were the accomplishments and achievement of the last quarter?
  • What issues remain unresolved?
  • What have you learned and how have you grown in the past quarter?
  • As you consider your responsibilities of engaging in personal ministry, leading your family, maintaining your health and nurturing your personal relationship with God, what areas have been neglected during this past quarter?

Refocus

  • What opportunities do you have in this quarter to make a significant contribution to the kingdom of God?
  • In light of the above opportunities, what should be your highest priority or priorities in this next quarter?

Resources

  • What adjustments do you need to make to your life and schedule to ensure that you will be able to stay healthy, joyful and spiritually vibrant in this coming quarter?
  • What will you plan to do to facilitate your own learning and growth in this next quarter?
  • What (or whose help) do you need to accomplish your priorities this next quarter?

  • As you consider your responsibilities of leading your team, engaging in personal ministry, leading your family, maintaining your health and nurturing your personal relationship with God, what areas have been neglected during this past quarter?

Refocus

  • What opportunities does your team have in this next quarter to make a significant contribution to the kingdom of God?
  • In light of these opportunities, what do you consider to be your team's highest priority or priorities in this next quarter?
  • To enable your team to maximize its contribution, what do you consider to be your highest priority or priorities as a leader in the next quarter?

Resources

  • What adjustments do you need to make to your life and schedule to ensure that you will be able to stay healthy, joyful and spiritually vibrant in this coming quarter?
  • What will you plan to do to facilitate your own learning and growth as a leader in this next quarter?
